What’s the scoop on warranties?

If an item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty it will be noted in the product description. Grabbit does not offer any additional warranty coverage on any items. If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer for any warranty matters.

What if I want to return an item?

Purchases that arrive damaged or defective may be replaced or refunded at Grabbit’s discretion provided you notify us within 30 calendar days of item receipt. Let us know about your troubles on our Help Page. Please note, because our items are generously discounted and offered in limited quantities and only for limited times, we cannot accept any returns that are based on, “I regret my life decisions” or “my significant other says I have too many of these already.” At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Grabbit does not take title to the refunded item. Similarly, Grabbit does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. One-of-kind items and collectibles cannot be returned, and we also cannot accept or refund anything which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Keep it classy.
